The Cat’s Pajamas & Other Accolades

People seem to be talking about us! Here are few clippings:

“Impressive, humbling and really fascinating.” (C.B. Whittemore ’83)

“Fantastic.” (Naomi Greychase ’94)

“Obviously, more recent classes are well-represented, but the most interesting writing (I’ve found), comes from bloggers in the classes between 1960 and 1989. These are women who are living their lives well and have made great advances in their careers. They sell houses, they are politically active, they have children, do crafts, travel… There is so much LIFE to be found here.” (Misti ’07)

What do you think? What do you like most about this project? What could we do better? Where do you think it should go in the future?

  1. Thanks for the shout out! From my post, you know what I think of this project. It’s awesome and makes me feel more connected to Smith.

Is there a way to tag the blogs listed so they can searched by topic in addition to by year?

Anyway, too, to extend this to Facebook, Flickr and other platforms?

Thanks again for taking on this project.

  2. CB: We’d really like to tag blogs by topic, but I can’t figure out a good way to do so. Do you have any ideas?

Re: other platforms: Alums are represented on Facebook and Linked in– do you think that there should be separate groups for Alum bloggers? Also: What would you want to see on flicker?
